Emerson Family Law has an experienced team able to assist with agency matters, particularly in the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court.

The team is headed by Mike Emerson, an accredited specialist with extensive experience.  Mike is an Independent Children’s Lawyer and approved mediator and arbitrator.
