Emerson Family Law is a Brisbane Specialist Family Law Practice. 

Our principal, Mike Emerson is an Accredited Specialist in Family Law and highly regarded practitioner with over thirty years experience. 

Mike regularly presents at legal seminars and is well known for his pro-active and outcome focused approach to Family Law.

Mike is ably assisted by practitioners Jitesh Billimoria and Shannon Daykin.

We are conscious of the impact of costs and try to achieve a solution as effectively and efficiently as possible.

Our philosophy is to encourage a mediated solution, however where court is necessary, we use our expertise to achieve the optimum outcome without undue cost or delay.
