AGENCY MATTERS

Emerson Family Law has an experienced team able to assist with agency matters, particularly in the Family Court and Federal Magistrates Court.

The team is headed by Mike Emerson, an accredited specialist with extensive experience. Mike is an Independent Children’s Lawyer, an approved mediator and arbitrator and on the Federal Magistrates Service panel of conciliators through Relationships Australia.

Mike is assisted by Solicitors, Jitesh Billimoria and Jessica Norris.

Instructions are accepted at short notice and communication in the first instance is by telephone.

We are happy to accommodate requests for particular solicitors to appear so far as practicable.
